HuzaMed is a Rwandan platform connecting healthcare professionals, facilities and partners — with verification as the foundation.
Rwanda has a growing, capable healthcare workforce and a growing number of clinics, pharmacies, laboratories and suppliers. What it doesn't have is one trustworthy place where they can all find each other.
A patient looking for a paediatrician, a clinic looking for a locum nurse for the weekend, a laboratory looking for a supplier — each of these is a small search problem, and each is currently solved through personal networks and word of mouth. That works, until it doesn't.
The name says what we do. "Huza" is Kinyarwanda for "to connect"; "Med" is the work. Connection is only useful when you can trust who is on the other end, so every professional and every facility is verified against the council that licenses them before they appear anywhere on the platform.
