The agreement between you and HuzaMed.

By creating an account or using HuzaMed, you agree to these terms. If you are registering on behalf of a facility or company, you confirm that you are authorised to bind that organisation.
Healthcare professionals licensed to practise in Rwanda, healthcare facilities holding a valid operating authorisation, and businesses lawfully operating in the Rwandan healthcare sector. You must be at least 18 years old and provide accurate information about yourself or your organisation.
Verification is a check that the credentials you submit are genuine and current according to the issuing council. It is not a clinical endorsement, a quality rating, or a guarantee of any professional's or facility's conduct or competence. We may suspend or withdraw verification if a licence expires, is revoked, or if information you provided proves to be inaccurate.
You keep ownership of everything you upload. You grant HuzaMed a licence to host and display that content for the purpose of operating the platform — for example showing your profile in the directory. You are responsible for having the right to upload what you upload.
Do not misrepresent your qualifications or your organisation. Do not upload documents that are not yours. Do not scrape, resell or bulk-extract member data. Do not use referrals or messaging to send unsolicited marketing. Do not post content that is unlawful, misleading about clinical matters, or that identifies a patient without a lawful basis.
You are responsible for the accuracy of any service listing, vacancy or referral you create, including prices, availability and clinical detail. HuzaMed provides the platform; the arrangement itself — the appointment, the employment, the clinical handover — is between you and the other party.
Advertising is subject to a separate order and to Rwandan advertising and health-product rules. Pharmaceutical advertising requires a valid Rwanda FDA licence reference on your business profile. We may decline or withdraw any creative that is misleading, targets patients inappropriately, or breaches applicable regulation.
HuzaMed is a directory and coordination platform. We do not provide medical advice or care, and we are not a party to the clinical, employment or commercial relationships formed through the platform. To the fullest extent permitted by Rwandan law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of the service.
You may close your account at any time from Settings → Privacy. We may suspend or close an account that breaches these terms, that has submitted false credentials, or where we are required to do so by law or by a regulatory council.
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Rwanda, and the courts of Rwanda have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them.
